The 8th floor condo has been decorated with the highest quality & standards. There are custom cabinets in the kitchen along with granite countertops and all appliances. A very comfortable couch is also a sofa sleeper. There is a large TV in the living room as well as the bedroom. The bedroom offers a king size bed with 12" Memory Foam Mattress. Comcast Cable Service and Free WiFi allow you to stay connected to your family and friends.
This beachfront condo will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
The Guest Registration includes one parking pass.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
