Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
We have owned various condos at Edgewater Beach Resort for close to 20 years. We fell in love with the spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. When this condo became available on the top floor in the more private area of Edgewater Beach Resort, we decided it was the perfect location for ourselves as well as our guests.Location
